Your orders will be delivered to cargo within a maximum of 2 (two) business days. In case of any delay, you will be notified via e-mail.
All shipments across Turkey are free for purchases of 2000 TL and above. If your cart total is below 2000 TL, a shipping fee of 150 TL will be added to your cart total during payment.
You will receive an email containing the tracking code when your shipment is delivered to the cargo branch. We recommend that you check for any damage to your package when receiving your order.
RETURNS
Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant Distance Sales Contracts Regulation, underwear products are excluded from returns for hygiene and health reasons. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges :(
